Tickets

A Mac application to create Fogbugz tickets. Worth it just for the dead-simple attachments pane.

Three small nitpicks:

• That’s a really weird-looking reload button in the toolbar. I can’t tell what does. It… reloads something?
• The toolbar button says “Send” but the item in the File menu and its keyboard shortcut (command-s) say “Save”. It should be Send, and it should be under the Ticket menu. “Sending” is a better metaphor for uploading to Fogbugz. “Saving” is what you do for local drafts.
• Clicking the icon in the dock when there’s no window open should open a new ticket window.

This is a good example of not doing too much. Tickets does not view, edit, or append to existing Fogbugz tickets — it focuses on adding new ones and that’s it.
