iTunes 9 scrolls by row, not by pixel
When scrolling in iTunes 9’s table view, it snaps the top of the list to a row. This way, you can’t stop uselessly on the bottom half of an item’s name.

The list view? It’s been that way as long as I can remember and it’s always bugged me out. After spending 95% of my time with the butter smooth scrolling of Safari, Mail, Finder, and just about every other application out there, iTunes’s scrolling seems jarring and distracting.
(The only other application I can find that scrolls like this is Microsoft Excel, which makes me suspect it’s a Carbon thing.)
